I forgot to mention the issue you should look for after updating your app to make sure it got updated properly. If you do NOT receive push notifications for prospect activity after updating your app, this means it did not update properly and you will need to follow the instructions in the video above to force the app to update correctly. I have a Samsung and the app seems to working just fine....Tried to do the update just to be safe and I cannot find the uninstall button....Should I just leave it alone

Jennifer, as long as you are getting push notifications and you don't get logged out every few days you are good to go, those are the two main bugs to be on the look out for. Being logged out every few days is a bug of the old version and not getting push notifications is an issue when the app doesn't update properly. As far as uninstalling an app for android you usually just need to go into your apps folder (not your desktop view) and long hold the icon for the egr app then you should see some options pop up one of them being delete. Hope this helps!
